It's a Great Time to Buy or Sell Your House 

According to a study by Realtor.com, the first week of fall offers buyers the best possible combination of market factors. During the week of September 2022, prospective buyers will find more inventory to choose from, with lower prices and a less competitive market. That perfect week is approaching, so you shouldn't hesitate to reach out to Matt Albright for your buying and selling needs. 

Selling your house is a huge decision and deciphering the right time to do it can be challenging and confusing.
